There will be a Coaches Meeting at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, Sept 20. The meeting room will vary by gym location:
- Durango: Room 302
- Palo Verde: Room 200
- Desert Oasis: Hospitality Room
- Foothill: Room 700
At the coaches’ meeting, each team will receive:
- One tournament t-shirt voucher to be redeemed at the gate
- One ASICS backpack
- ASICS player gift bags
- Wristbands
Each team is given wristbands for the head and assistant coaches listed on the Team Information Sheet. Coaches need to wear the wristband for two days.
School administrators will receive a wristband from the ticket seller at the site.
There will be a coaches’ hospitality room at all sites.
